The service
Tivlo is a client portal platform operated by DKY Investments Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. By using Tivlo, you agree to these terms.
Acceptable use
You may use Tivlo for legitimate business purposes. You may not use Tivlo to store unlawful content, violate any person's rights, or interfere with the platform's operation.
Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Full billing terms will be published at launch.
Your data
You retain ownership of all data you upload to Tivlo. You can export your data at any time. DKY Investments Limited will not sell or share your data with third parties.
Limitation of liability
DKY Investments Limited's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
