Yes. Every portal is branded to your cleaning business — your logo, your colours, your company name. Your clients see your brand, not ours. On the Scale plan, you can fully white-label the portal so Tivlo branding is removed entirely.

Yes. Tivlo is built on enterprise-grade infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Your data is hosted on secure UK infrastructure. Each cleaning company's data is completely isolated — your clients can only see their own information.

Who owns the data?

You do. Your client records, documents, invoices, and inspection reports belong to your business. If you ever decide to leave Tivlo, you can export everything. We never sell or share your data with third parties.

What happens if I cancel?

Your data is retained for a reasonable period after cancellation, giving you time to export everything you need. Your clients will no longer be able to access their portal once your subscription ends, so we recommend giving them notice before you cancel.
