About Tivlo

Built for cleaning companies.

Tivlo started with a conversation, not a business plan.

Jas runs a commercial cleaning company. In early 2026 he asked a simple question: could someone build him two portals — one for his clients, one for his cleaning staff? He wanted a shared document store, the ability to push an updated insurance certificate out to every client at once, a way for clients to raise complaints and tickets, and a QR code his cleaners could scan on the wall of the cleaning cupboard to log in.

That was the whole brief. Nothing fancy. Just the tools a cleaning company actually needs to run.

We looked at what was on the market. Generic client portals start at £119 a month and assume you work in law or consultancy. Cleaning software focuses on scheduling and quoting, not on the client relationship after the contract is signed. Nothing fit.

So we built Tivlo.

Who is behind this

Tivlo trades under DKY Investments Limited, a UK holding company that also owns Imtex Technologies — an IT support business founded and run since the early 2000s.

Chris provides strategic oversight. He sets the direction, approves new features, signs off on pricing, and talks to founding customers.

This is not a VC-funded scale-up chasing a valuation. It is a deliberately small team, using modern tools to build something useful, charging a fair price, and reinvesting in the product.

What we believe

Cleaning companies deserve proper software.

Not a generic portal retrofitted with a cleaning logo. Features built for inspections, COSHH documents, site visits, QR forms, and the realities of managing clients and cleaners.

Clarity over cleverness.

Your clients should log in and know exactly where to find their last invoice or inspection report. No training needed.

Your accounting system stays the source of truth.

Tivlo does not replace Sage. It reads from it, displays invoices to your clients, and sends them to accounts. No duplicate data entry, no sync conflicts.

Price transparency.

Three plans, listed on the website, no 'contact sales' games. £59, £149, or £299 a month. You know what you're paying before you sign up.

Built in Britain.

UK English, UK compliance mindset, extended support hours. Hosted on UK infrastructure.

Where we are now

Tivlo is in Phase 0. The first customer is in sight — Jas, the cleaning company owner whose request started the whole thing. The product is being built on Next.js and Supabase. The first 10 founding partner slots will open later this year.
